  1. I think he was last see somewhere around here
  2. They were 'in the judges opinion' weren't they, so it probably didn't really matter where the ball was, especially if the judge was boss-eyed.
  3. We've been saying that for a good few years now, but it already has hasn't it? Except for some reason no-one is admitting it: Instead they're all 'lets all vote against wage caps' - lets not try to contol talent costs. They've wished all this on themselves.
  4. Well said, and my thoughts exactly.
  5. Bath gave home advantage up to make mo money.
  6. Yep, I think you could be right. He'd more likely be there and had a somewhat gangly profile.
  7. Steve Neville no 11? To the left of him, er, Alan Walsh (although I'm not sure you'd ever see him there, so maybe not ...)
  8. I tried loging on but I am lacking an accustic modem for my Dragon 32. PS Nice to see the bbc still showing our game is on.
  9. To be fair that's still as true now as it was then.
  10. Well they decided not to postpone fixtures earlier, so they don't really seem to want a break. But I agree they might end up with one anyway.
  11. Yep, agreed. From https://forum.thefishy.co.uk/Blah.pl?m-1640016430/
  12. We're turning the BOGOF offer into a GOFGOF offer.
  13. I think if he got partnered with a DOF and a bona fide recruitment team/scouting network rather than Mark Ashton's ego and his Lotus 123 spreadsheet we'd maybe have seen how good LJ could have been. Seriously if we'd just had someone around to give him a slap everytime he was about to say something idiotic there'd be a few less LJ haters;
  14. Interesting comment re Pring - I hope "not ready" in terms of fitness only. And that's much better than Nige deciding that AB is a better fit in that position. Re Dasilva - he seems to be persona non-grata. Can put decent crosses in on his day but I don't think he's a great defender and as we've seen is easy to play against due to us playing narrow (why we do that is another question). Isn't he under contract until June 2023? Might be difficult to shift unless say LJ or MA want him.
  15. Was this separate from the bottle throwing? Did it happen around the same time? City issued a statement to the media (not on OS) after the game, which GT read out on the radio. This seemed to imply that someone who threw a bottle was ejected from the stadium by stewards and immediately arrested by the police.
  16. The Revenue you report is always going to be on sales, the taxman doesn't give two hoots about how many people turn up and whether you report that as your attendance to the media rather than the sales figure. What sounds best to you - 23 games pitch-side advertising with 14k or 20k eyeballs on. Makes marketing sense and is per EFL requirements. Probably 10+ years since we've been able to reply on the attendance figure for actual attendees. For authenticity it might be more useful if they referred to figures as 'tickets sold'.
  17. Yes and it comes up every season. This is a EFL edict and whilst I disagree with it, it certainly makes sense from a marketing angle.
  18. Turning down the opportunity to shoot in the first half last week must have dislodged that penny, because it certainly seems to have dropped now. Thought he was an 8 today - his best City performance deserved a little more than a loss.
  19. I wasn't aware blocked shots were counted (separately). But I think Semenyo probably had 3 blocked on his own, so sounds like you're right.
  20. so there were 3 city shots that were neither on or off target,
  21. He disappears in times of trouble doesn't he, so I doubt he'll be around to do the post match interview
  22. Ooh, like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=foXf3n1Mv0I (Sorry I can't insert properly)
  23. I won't tell you how slow I am, but let's just say I still needed further help. On an unrelated note, here's a picture of me from my schooldays.
  24. I feel a bit trigger-like. This has gone over my head. I must be an ostrich.
  25. Doubtful. They get problems with their illuminated advertising boards when the wind is gusting at over 6 mph.
