    Hahahahaha the sh** lost.

    Going up are they? Hahahahaha

That has made my year. UTFG FTS!

Some Man Utd medicine rammed back down their throats.

    Watch the bubble burst now....

Watch their away support drop now too.

    Hahahahahaha

Better cancel their obsessed with Rovers thread now.

The above is taken from the chatshite website.

Stuff like this gives me a warm feeling inside knowing how much they are hurting right now.

It made his year?? Surely it was when the UWE project collapsed, or was it when we paid just 300 grand for their greatest ever player? Or their own prowed loyal fans stealing from their own club? Or the revelations that his world class club couldn't be f*cked to pay their own staff minimum wage?

356 isn't bad considering how poor they are at the moment, we've took similar numbers to Oldham in the past.

For a fan base that claims to have extraordinary away support it's a low turn out isn't it.

Then again, I'm sure if they were visitings Oldhams ground for the first time in 25 years they might of take a few more.

Bitter about what? I have already said I couldn't care what you are as  a club for the simple reason we don't like you even if we would like a new stadium/better team etc....you come to the 'bitter' conclusion and the onlry reason I see is that you lack written ability to argue/debate effectively- poor education obviously. And keyboard warrior , you wouldn't use those words (unedited) to my face....

The only reason you're on here is because you're seething. Your club is in the news for underpaying it's staff, hitting horses, racially abusing players, ours is in the news for beating one of the biggest clubs in the world.

Of course you're bitter, green with envy. It'll get better, don't worry. Doncaster on the weekend..

  5. This must be tearing them apart. Currently 3rd in the league, about to play one of the biggest clubs in the world, positive articles about us in the media..

Meanwhile the Sags are getting thumped by the likes of Gillingham every week, in the news for racist abuse, failing to pay their staff the required minimum wage, horse punching, failed stadium attempts..

I'm sure their bitterness and envy is currently in overdrive..

Give him a break. He`s probably been banned from their forum again for daring to question the world according to Wally and is seeking sanctuary from the lynch mob.

Good point. I'm sure deep down he wishes he was a gurt ted so he could post on here even more

From the CCMB but probably the most deluded thing I have ever seen....

Its worth knowing a bit of the background over there. Rovers fans are by far the more knowledgeable and longer serving set of fans. They've been through much leaner times, but still turn out in big numbers home and away.

The Wurzels (lovingly named the 'Shit Heads' from the Rovers fans) are the more Sky TV loving, pseudo middle class types whereas the Gas Heads (as they're called by the Shit Heads') are the more down to earth, passionate and loyal type of fan.

Rovers have unfortunately been in the lower leagues for longer, but will absolutely dwarf the attendances of the Shit Heads when the roles are reversed.

Which I'm certain will be in the next few seasons come to think of it...

Don't forget that football ALWAYS goes in cycles thumbup.gif

This is tough to take from a Cardiff fan who probably still has his red shirt and a red scarf in his cupboard.

January: Rov*rs are just one win away from starting their play-off charge that will see them leapfrog the Teds for the first time in 16 years.

February: Rov*rs are just one win away from starting their play-off charge that will see them leapfrog the Teds for the first time in 16 years.

March: Rov*rs are just one win away from starting their play-off charge that will see them leapfrog the Teds for the first time in 16 years.

April: Rov*rs are just one win away from starting their play-off charge that will see them leapfrog the Teds for the first time in 16 years.

May: The season ends with Rov*rs in mid-table obscurity. The gap will last for another year.

June-August: To close the off-field gap and the give the loyal and few the facilities they deserve, the curtains and carpets are cleaned and a canopy is built.

September: Rov*rs are just one win away from starting their play-off charge that will see them leapfrog the Teds for the first time in 17 years etc etc etc

December: 2 dirty Teds provide much needed good cheer across North Bristol and appear as Rov*rs' festive pin-up boys.

    Tick Tock

October 29th 2000. We're coming for you teds

November 2000. We're coming for you teds

December 2000. We're coming for you teds

January 2001... You get the picture.

Nigel Clough nailed it yesterday when he gave an interview post match after Burton lost against Sunderland. You have to be realistic and say Bristol City will have bigger support, a bigger budget and will attract bigger name players as they are ambitious today and not 5 - 10 years down the line. This is another reason Bristol Rovers will not ever be about. The city  tick tock

Rovers only selling point to a player is that he might get regular football and will be in the shop window for a better opportunity with a big club at South of the river in the future. Rovers certainly have a track record for producing players who go on to brighter futures eg Mat Taylor

Probability would see Rovers expecting to lose more than win against bigger clubs.   But even that is in the balance with the latest lack of progression updates money UWE ground improvements etc.

Taken from gas chat and added a bit just to take the Micky

    or am I ?

They can't compete with the likes of Peteborough and Scunthorpe at the moment..

Did you listen to any of it? He came across as the complete opposite of broken. The guy is a fighter no question and Rovers are very lucky to have him.

I have no affinity with Clarke but to an average bi-stander he is quite a bit more interesting to listen to than our LJ.

    :laugh::laugh::laugh:

Yes I watched the interview, slaughtering the players that he bought for being mentally weak. Clearly doesn't have a very good eye for a player, too. Also taking subtle digs at his employer this week just adds to a man who has completely lost the plot who looks lost and void of any ideas to get them out this mess.

But by all means if you enjoy listening to a man who interrupts the interviewer on many occasions and who throws more tantrums than a teenager then listen away:facepalm:

I do agree though the Sags are very lucky to have him, I hope he stays for verrrry long time :)

    Not so smug these days.

He looks a broken man, ill, disheveled. Brilliant

On a side note when Lee was losing  every week last season and he getting absolute pelters from our fans he handled it much better than the dog botherer. Just goes to show who's the better manager.
