  1. Tainted Theakstons Old Peculiar?
  2. You definitely dropped the ball there.
  3. I agree with those points, but we weren't totally outplayed and that's the painful bit. Like the Fulham and Huddersfield games we conceded 3 (4 at Craven Cottage) goals across 15 mad minutes.
  4. Today's star attraction on Blackpool Central Pier is the comedy, "Bristol City's Defending." A farce that's due to run until May. A must not see.
  5. We could roll the dice as per Deepdale, Williams for COD, with Jay switching to the left flank and AW on the right flank. Steelier midfield with Joe there to keep Pool pinned down.
  6. Spot on. Sooooooo comfortable, but two lapses AGAIN, and we're two down.
  7. Not according to the laws of the game, and as they say in Russia, 'toughshitski'. ?
  8. Its et al, Al. I saw it on the OS.
  9. Agreed. And has any other manager taken charge at West Brom, Villa and Birmingham City?
  10. I've only used Coach 1 the once. Tuesday April 14th 2015. Everyone was in a great mood for some reason. I was even given a free can of Coke!
  11. https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/breaking-west-brom-sack-ismael-26119234 Job for LJ and his trusty assistant Al Gorithms?
  12. Knowing Me, Knowing You Sem en yo's, skinning you Ah haaa There ain't nothing he can't do Repeat ad nauseam
  13. Sorry, I'm on the naughty step, please leave a message.
  14. Don't knock it. Nothing wrong with good news. For Wearsiders.
  15. Used to binge eat fruit salads and black jacks.
  16. Not my favourite City manager, but definitely on the short list. Holden appointed in the morning?
  17. Eureka!!! Fruit Salad!! I knew it was a sweet from my youth. Mind you, they can probably view Forest's kit from space. Thanks @Akira I'm just off for a 10p mix-up (in my TARDIS).
  18. Is it me, or does anyone else think Forest's away kit looks like rhubarb and custard?
  19. His "turn on a sixpence" and cross at the end of the first half yesterday deserved a goal. A really exciting, natural talent, that hasn't been stalled due to his apparently late development. Lots of skilful players have gone into the club system and had their abilty coached out in favour of pragmatism. In short, thank god we disvovered you Antoine.
  20. The biggest improvement is his finishing. The goal yesterday and his brace against Fulham were clinical. The lad is a diamond, which we'll hopefully be polishing to devastating effect.
  21. Great to see you in the Stanley after the match Rob. A terrific report which reflects the pleasure and pain of today's performance. Late drama aside the plus points were the cool and composed Klose (I'm going refer to him as Tiny Timm. Try it, it'll catch on) the Massengo/Scott axis in midfield, a revelation which had Preston fans impressed and the Oxlike strength of Williams, sometimes dragging opponents behind him. Lots to be positive about. Iron out those defensive errors (please) and we'll finish this season strongly and look confidently towards 2022/23.
