  1. One of the best individual performances of the season so far. We were made to wait but god he looked excellent.
  2. I'll take 14 points above Derby in September.
  3. See normally I’d think brilliant, back for next Saturday. But the past year makes me think we’re never gonna see the lad again ? just dumb pessimism.
  4. So for now we take the injury list as Conway, Cundy and Baker. Hopefully Vyner, Scott and King’s absences yesterday were rotation and HNM and Weimann were just a bit fatigued at the end of yesterday. We’ll know more next Saturday, nice long break for the lads after yesterdays heroics. COYR!
  5. Quick word on Weimann who I fear may go under the radar. Great awareness for both assists and that’s now 6 goal involvements, which in mid September is excellent.
  6. Anticipating a really tricky test here but being away, I’m praying for a Reading/Crapdiff repeat. That’d also make Fulham next Saturday a free hit, which I think we need it to be! Very cautiously optimistic. COYR.
  7. Yes we played poor, and yes conceding a late equaliser is like being kicked in the nards by a horse. But we’re 12th, which after last year would mark a very successful season should we finish there. We’re improving, this was just a bad night. Onto QPR, COYR. Away thank god ?
  8. I wonder if this isn’t a bit of a must win. Not in terms of where we are in the table but in terms of where we could be after our following 3 (QPR, Fulham, Millwall at the den). Let’s do Luton tonight, take the pressure off those games. COYRRRR
  9. Yea I certainly didn't mean that as a disservice to Pring, think he's been very good. I think it might be a case of not overusing him. Then again, I forgot he's actually 23. I can't help seeing all our academy products as 18 until they retire ?
  10. Yea I’d agree. Think Williams may have a job getting a place, all of James, King and Massengo have had very good starts to the season imo. Think O’Dowda will be pushing Pring hard for the LW slot pretty soon tho. Really interested to see our team selection tomorrow. COYR
  11. Seems that O'Dowda and Williams are good to go now too and Semenyo has of course returned. So by my reckoning that's Cundy and Conway as our full injury list. More like it, and I'm sure those two will come back strongly also.
  12. Hopefully he impresses in the Scottish prem which is a decent standard of football, and comes back improved (or if nothing else, more value to sell). Best of luck Tayls.

Christ I actually meant to write James and Atkinson. Sorry Kingy! But there’s no harm at all in backing the players mate. If it gets an extra 10% out of them I’ll sing all match long.

Necessary IMO. Especially for King and Atkinson who both look stellar signings.
  15. Thanks mate. Sounds good to me, can’t expect him to pull up trees against a stubborn Warnock side. I hope he gets a chance against Reading or Swansea from the start, have a feeling he could be a real hassle.
  16. My god Twitter is even worse than Otib for a meltdown. Some ridiculous comments. Early days for goodness sake. COYR
  17. Such a bizarre sub-plot to the new season this. I will say, if Gregor thinks he can take on Pearson and win, he’ll be sorely disappointed.
  18. No need to blow this out of proportion. The late goals need addressing but I’m still seeing better performances than last year. Early, early days in the Pearson revolution.
