  1. Hard to tell from the photos of the cow shed but what happens to those below if someone in their seat knocks their cup of coffee over? Or worse...
  2. Would they get a return if they invested in a refurb? A bit of a chicken and egg situation....
  3. Easy to see why. If you don't park the big supermarket trolleys all together in line and all the small trolleys all together in line, there is a lot of wasted space. This is a test event to see how they get on.
  4. I think we are all probably just jealous that we aren't currently wintering in Jamaica.....
  5. Yep, you are right. In the bigger scheme of things, it all helps though. Better than a report after losing. There were some little things I didn't enjoy seeing regarding how we are perceived (tin foil home made FA cups) and some things I did enjoy (the TV studio and the players holding pen before the tunnel). They all portray where we are as a club and generally it was great.
  6. It has just occurred to me how relaxed I was for the last 10 minutes. We didn't look like losing and didn't park the bus and fall deep. Not how I expected it to pan out. Brilliant.
  7. Gaschat not happy that JP got the gig. I think they might write to the BBC to complain. I hope they enjoyed seeing a fine stadium under lights.
  8. As City as we are but still professional. Excellent nights work.
  9. A few thoughts - 1. Early subs worked out well. 2. Defended well. 3. TV coverage very good, no patronising of us, accurate comments about City in the league and how VAR could have changed the result.
  10. Benrahma knew he was in trouble so stayed down. NOTE! We need to play it cool now and not let the ref even it up. Play smart City
  11. I hope the neutrals appreciate his knowledge too, this isn't a one off, he is so well prepared for any game.
  12. JP getting a mention in for a state school in Bath (re Vyner). Just brilliant. (Beechen Cliff School BTW)
  13. I agree, we have passed much better than this and we have been lucky to not concede. A bit of composure, maybe as the pressing players tire and we could improve.
  14. I like the quick ball over the top, we haven't passed it accurately but we have Tommy to run onto it and presumably Bell later on. Keep trying it please. Better than losing it in our own half. It only needs to work once.
  15. Sounds like digital errors to me, something at the broadcast end.
  16. Takes me back to flared jeans and rising damp on a rainy day.
