  1. Well yeah 90+% of manager changes are from them being sacked. It's always a case of prolonging the inevitable.
  2. You really can't wait for the next time we lose can you?
  3. I think his evil twin OUFCGav might be saying the same thing!
  4. Quite a few are Stockport, Cambridge, Crawley, Northampton and even Bristol Rovers all have internationally capped players. Birmingham, Charlton, Reading, Huddersfield all have multiple. 46 league games, plus 3 minimum from the piss pot cup, plus League Cup and FA Cup. Minimum of 51 domestic games a season for those clubs. Most Premier League sides won't reach 45 games a season. Only the ones in European competitions will, and they have huge squads to deal with this. The lower league sides won't have anywhere near the squad depth to deal with the number of games a season. Is the game at a less intense pace? Sure, it's also a lot more physical.
  5. No they weren't. Wrexham pissing their way up to League 1 was always inevitable. The only League 2 side who has even close to a similar level of backing was Stockport (who beat them to the League 2 title). Now Wrexham aren't going to be the moneybags team of the division and can't expect everyone to roll over for them.
  6. Because a player not getting on the pitch in 2 games means he'll never play doesn't it.
  7. Was Alex Ferguson a good player? Arsene Wenger? Jose Mourinho? Julien Nagelsmann? Was Maradona a good coach? Gary Neville? Alan Shearer? Stoichkov? Pirlo, Lampard, Rooney, Sir Bobby Charlton?
  8. Partly self inflicted though? The committee that picked England squads stopped selecting Atyeo because he was part time. Sure I read we turned down big (relative to the time) money offers from some big European clubs before too.
  9. Britton scores again for Farm today, 2-0 win over Westbury in the FA Trophy
  10. I didn't realise we had Dion Dublin on here.
  11. I'd 8-2 be a Walsall fan when they face us.
  12. Ball was moving before it hit Rice's foot. It would have been moving regardless because Veltman had already kicked it in Rice's direction. So Veltman wouldn't have been able to take the freekick quickly because he had already made it a moving ball.
  13. Rovers have had to put this out https://www.bristolrovers.co.uk/news/club-statement-inappropriate-chants-and-songs
  14. There was no promising attack because the ball was already moving. So had Veltman kicked it, it would have been retaken.
