OMG i'm worried looking at that team/squad down to the bare bones hardly any experience i would take a point now

Is playing with a small squad having an effect on our Academy players future ? If we had sufficient cover these youngsters would have gone out and played 90 mins every week at lower league clubs gaining much needed experience. Currently they are lucky to get 5 or 10 mins from our bench. Years gone by Vyner went out to Accrington Plymouth Rotherham and Aberdeen Semenyo went out to Bath and Newport , Bobby Reid went to Cheltenham, Oldham and Plymouth Joe Bryan went out to Bath and Plymouth and more recently Cam Pring went out to 8 clubs on loan before ready for our 1st team. We had 6 academy players on the bench last night who in my opinion are not quite ready for championship football and should be out on loan learning their trade So is SL demanding a smaller squad for NP to use actually helping the club and the young guns

But tbh, he has been given money, albeit not lots and he has targeted and signed players who have had mixed degrees of success.

To me i think NP still has the passion but he must be so pi**ed off and it's starting to show as he is getting no support from above, he has his hands tied from an owner and son who are showing no interest in the football side of things anymore. SL and JL need to come out and address the fans to let us know what the hell is going on  

Hopefully he will have sold the club to someone who is interested in taking this club forward before the next poll

I think people are starting to realise that NP is doing a great job and what was asked of him. lower the wage bill, cut the size of the squad, get rid of the deadwood and also he had constructed a side difficult to beat on a limited budget. People are starting to realise that SL is the villian for all the great things he has done in the past Ground Training facilities etc he seems to be losing interest in the football side of things and only seems interested in money

A Leeds fan summed it up well.  "Bristol City are the best team to come to Elland this season they came to play football and not put 10 men behind the ball however we are stronger in every department  as we will be against most teams in this division"  I dont think he was being big headed like most of their fans its just a fair assessment

We weren't disgraced against a quality team a few seasons ago we would have folded and lost by 3 or 4
