Genuinely don't think some of you lot could cope if we ever got to the PL. This is what we'd be up against week in week out.

Make sure each and every one of you claims compensation for your delays.
A good Train Manager will make their passengers aware that they can do this and how they go about it.
In my experience (admittedly not with GWR) some do and some don't.

Is Wilson not saying that the players we signed were poor players from Scotland rather than all Scottish based players are poor?
That's how I read it.

Isn't the problem with a Network Rail controlled part of the infrastructure rather than a GWR issue?
Yeah, but why let that get in the way of a moan?
Though we should probably be grateful that he hasn't blamed it on Brian Tinnion and Scott Murray.

A victim of the scattergun approach to recruitment at the time. Maybe would have had more of a chance if we didn't sign Palmer that summer too
100%. Signed him, then signed Palmer because we could so that was the end of that. Just showed how little thought and analysis was going into recruitment by that point, it was all about stockpiling and trading players.

There was nowhere near as much clamour from fans to sign Palmer as there had been for Kalas in the same summer, or Tomlin a few years before.

Some game at Exeter, Northampton 26-0 down after 20 minutes and end up winning with the last play of the game.

Expected more from Sunderland, they didn't start to have a go until they were 2 down.

Not them poor underpaid drivers on strike again is it ,
No, it's because it's on 4th round weekend and they're currently 4-1 up so we won't be going there.

Reckon it would have been easier if Sunderland had worn white shorts and Newcastle black ones?

Cracking win that. One of the best in a long time.

If Williams hadn't fallen out with the club, he'd probably be in our hot seat now.

No idea who he is but seems to have a huge amount of listeners on Spotify. Touring the UK end of June too...
I'm not familiar with his work, but I've noticed he features quite regularly on those pre-match playlists that the players choose for home games.

Well done Luke, he's 16...

Spot on! West Ham offered an either or option, tickets or digital. But because 6k season ticket holders aren’t digital the club had no option than agree to tickets. In context, West Ham have 45k season ticket holders and only 2k are not digital. We have 14k season tickets where 6k have cards!
And from the discussions on here around the time that the digital cards were brought in, I got the distinct impression that a significant number of those still wanting physical cards were doing so because they could, rather than any genuine need to have one.

Why is this in the Ex-Players section? Has he left?

West Ham Scouting Report just in...
- At some point, O'Leary will kick the ball straight to one of our forwards. If we aren't too surprised, we should be able to capitalise.
- For Vyner - see 1 above
- Let Tanner pass the ball. We will be 20 yards further up the pitch if he passes.
- Matty James has an impressive 96% pass success rate. Let James pass the ball! In fact, don't even mark him... there's no threat here...
- Don't let Williams or Dickie shoot. Someone will have to get the ball back from the Westfield Shopping Centre.
- If Sam Bell plays, make sure the medical team have savlon as he will fall over and graze his knees.
- Conway recently appeared in a national newspaper article. Turns out it was for players most in need of a hug...
- Can we check the guy who does the score board knows how to get the left hand number into double figures?
- We can play the U12s against this lot but make sure they have had a good night's sleep as nothing in the game will keep them awake
- This lot are ****ing unless
I bet this sounded funny in your head.

Could be an epic tomorrow.

It feels like Cross is having to take out every finish that he gets, no matter how difficult, just to stay with him.

TC has been disappointing in open play, bar his Cameo role at Rotherham, but as many have said playing the lone striker role is not really suiting him. I think we should be offering new contract in the summer and only off-loading if he won't sign an extension.
I do agree that he seems to have lost a yard of pace since returning from injury though.
People who know more about it than me have said that the new contract has been on the table for some time now.

I think we can count ourselves lucky that the 2020-21 season was played behind closed doors. Surely one of our 13 home defeats would have featured in this list, but I doubt many of us can remember much about those games from Robins TV. What a truly miserable season that was.
The home game against Millwall that season made our performance today look like that of a title winning side.

I think dwelling on stuff is a bit of a thing right now.
But yes I will try and take your advice in the coming days. Today I’m bloody angry.
Given that after the Norwich game you were "as angry as I've ever been after a game" or something similar, do you maybe not think you overreact somewhat?

That's not the point I'm making.
People are melting down because we're second best against a quality, established PL outfit.
