I hope GJ is looking for a powerful playmaker to play along side

Elliott because it will take the pressure off our defence and could

help our fowards by making a presence of himself in the box

from free kicks,ie as at wembley vasko should have replaced

Orr not LJ who was brushed aside by the large hull defenders.

sorry if Iupset the LJ fan club.

to be honest there's no point dwelling on what might have been, we were done by a stunning goal and our inability to convert any of the chances we created.Ancient history. Certainly not by anything Lee J did or didn't do.

GJ called it how he saw it and having lost McCombe before hand, to lose another 25% of our regular back four when Bradders had to go off, really cut into his options.

I thought we missed LJ in the run-in and hope he is fighting fit when we kick off again.

is williams not the playmaker who will play with elliot in centre then?

i got the impression thats where he prefers to play.

no idea what hes like physically though, or what hes like defnsively. Just heard hes technically good and a good attacking option.

wikipedia says he is 5' 11" so hes certainly no giant
