Guest wiggles
Can clubs really sign and buy players for "undisclosed" fees. Surely they have to disclose it to someone.

Robbored
Undisclosed means that the fee is not for public consumption. There are several reasons why a club may decide to keep things confidential. All clubs must have transfer deals overseen by an official body, I'm not sure which body but probably the FA have an array of rules and regulations that clubs have to abide by. Bit exspensive and time consuming i would imagine.

Bit exspensive and time consuming i would imagine. Not really. But it may not tell the whole story; you are not duty bound to submit full accounts to Companies House. Abbreviated accounts would not show such 'minutae'. Best way?... buy a share, go to the AGM and pick up a copy of the full accounts. But even then it may be hidden in some bulk figure for transfers.
