Guest KingswoodRed
what was the england team anyway? A young 'un from Norwich (keeper) A young 'un from Derby. A young 'un from Crewe. A young 'un from West Ham. Can't remember any other clubs being mentioned though. Young 'un = don't have a clue who they were/never heard of them. Sorry for the vague team description. Nogbad the Bad
Crowd 4,603 if i heard correctly. Good first half, early goal by England, a left foot curler into the Atyeo end where most of the fans were. Switzerland replied with penalty into deserted Wedlock's amongst cacophany of high pitched boos. First half more entertaining than recent City games, some good attacking football from the England lads. 2nd half petered out a bit with too many substitutions, but 2 good one handed saves from the Swiss keeper. Alot of promise on show including lightning fast winger. Oh, and they could take a more threatening corner than most of the City players.
Guest WestburyRed
Crowd 4,603 if i heard correctly. It wasn't just me then, apparently this was incorrect, the actual attendance was 5,103.
Nogbad the Bad
They must have forgotten to add on that fanatical phalanx of 500 Swiss fans blowing their Alpine horns in the Williams.
