Most successful teams know there best 11 and stick to it, mcinnes seems to not know our best 11 and changes from game to game. This can't help team building or cohesion, we even play players out of position every week. Surely we must stick with an 11 and go with that or the same 9 each week. How often do man utd Chelsea arsenal completely change there team always the same formation and spine week to week. Plus you could name there best 11 because they play them week after week. Its not surprising that we played poorly and lost. When will Del decide our strongest team and formation and stick to it ? Roger Red Hat Posted October 6, 2012 Share Posted October 6, 2012 not only tinkering with the players changing the formations every 5 minutes, today he played a 4 5 1 with ryan taylor left midfield, didn't know we re-assigned Keith Millen. He also NEEDS to see the weakness's in our team, pearson, fontaine nyatanga but I think he's forming favourites which is annoying. I think you are talking rubbish, which is annoying............. TRL Posted October 6, 2012 Share Posted October 6, 2012 ohhhh in Del we trust, yet Millen was being slagged to kingdom come for doing this The only thing going for us at the moment is the attacking element, to me it looks like Del is reigning it in to make us harder to beat, and he has ballsed up. Cut back the one thing we are good at, and try and concentrate on what we are bad at. If he wants to sure us up, get the personnel in who can do it, if you can't, use the personnel you do have to try and out score the opposition. Del has decided to go half way house and is messing up.
