December and April are crucial (even more crucial than usuall) as most of are games are at home I feel that no matter who through manager is are defence and midfield eiulfd struggle in L1.

So in these months it's crucial we make AG a terrible place to come and get a bit of home form going. So it can be more enjoyable for us

Easier said than done. Del's been on about making AG a fortress all season, the players just can't get up for it :-(

Maybe we should have listened when several of us said re-signing a past-it fella to play centre-back in the CCC was a very bad idea.

We didn't strengthen where we should have strengthened and this is the result.

You play a shite back 4 who are slow and not up to standard and you'll concede goals, lose games and go down.

Agreed, we knew what sort of Central Defender we wanted, as Amougou came in and tightened our defence up perfectly.

The same happened the previous season with Caulker, so the club didn't need clues as to what we're missing.

The defence and strikers needed to be our top priority for strengthening and we failed miserably on the defence and now we're paying the price.
