Guest Niall
......stating the bleedin' obvious? Tins is on the official website saying that 'pace was the key' to Saturday's win and then a couple of paragraphs later said that it was a tremendouswin because it happened 'without the likes of Peacock, Butler, Doherty, Burnell and Bell in the starting line-up'. No s!!T, Sherlock!
wesco
I didn't think we had much more pace we just wanted it more and was quicker reacting to the ball
Robbored
I didn't think we had much more pace we just wanted it more and was quicker reacting to the ball Of course there was more pace in the side.Amankwaah,Roberts and Brown are all speed merchants and all three played more attacking roles at Brighton. All defenders are wary of pace.Wilson also dropped Butler and Burnell to the bench neither of which have any pace. Sure..Tinnion is stating the obvious but he was probably asked for quote at short notice and came up with that.
RedM
I believe Tins was stating the obvious ...but it was no accident. A comment like that must be a well thought out hint that this team selection works better for the reasons given, PACE ! Like Niall said, mischevoius yes! :sport18:
