But it doesn't alter the fact that a massive change in team selection could and SHOULD have seen us dead and buried at half time. If the bloke picked a line up at least resembling Saturday's then most people would not have had much to complain about. But he didn't and after 40 odd minutes he was FORCED into changing things. That simply isn't good enough. As I say I hope the substitutions work and we go on to win but it doesn't change my opinion of a Manager who seems obsessed by the opposition rather than picking a team for THEM to worry about. Del played Bolasie plenty of times last season and was gradually involving him more and more. Del himself said that he wanted Bolasie to stay and had spoken to him about extending his contract.
