ciderup
As an aside, it appears Swindon might have forged an alegiance with Spurs meaning they 'sign' Spurs youngsters with a 1 PENNY buy back option for Tottenham. I read this on another forum, posted by a normally decent Spurs poster...... I heard yesterday a rumour that we were going to "sell" a load of our youngsters to Swindon, with a 1p buy back clause, to beat the loan rules. Today, we announced that Luongo and Grant Hall have joined Swindon on loan (who knows if it is 'technically' a loan). A Swindon fan said: Luongo and Hall were at training today. Also in attendance was Jake Nicholson hoping to earn a deal. The local journo has confirmed to me that Pritchard will be linking up after returning from his Under 20's commitments. And Byrne should be here by the end of the week. In Massimo Luongo, Swindon have got a good Championship quality player, and he will play a major part for them this season. Grant Hall is also a Championship quality defender, so that is two very good signings for them. If they get Alex Pritchard too, they would immediately be one of my favourites for promotion. He is a seriously talented guy.
