Ware will the majority of City be drinking on Saturday??

We will be having a couple in Birmingham spoons before heading onto the Shakespere which is 2 minutes from Birmingham new street station.

Are they many decent pubs in Walsall?

When we couldn't get into the club next to the away end, we had to walk miles to the pub, perhaps there are closer ones, I don't know.

They were nicking people for entering the ground intoxicated, our lot were pretty bolloxed, but they didn't look twice at us..

Remember that Walsall fan that was chipping away at us all match? They kicked him out about two minutes from time, wired that.

Probably better off in Birmingham and getting the train to Walsall later on just before kick off, there is a Weatherspoons called the Briar Rose literally around the corner from New Street.. Walsall isn't the best of places to go really from personal experience train doesn't take long at all and you go past Aston Villas ground!

Last time there was plenty in the King George V on Wallowes Lane, opposite Morrisons. It's on the main road into Walsall off the M6.

If you like massive 1930s pubs with only 3 choices of beer on tap, then it's the place for you.

On the plus side it's great for a sing song being the designated away fan pub, and can accommodate 100s of us. Big back lawn. About 10 minutes walk to the ground, but try not to get run over on the way there.
