Guest redrum
there is no way on earth that McPhee can run 100 metres in 10.2 seconds. That time would be good enough to get him to some Olympic finals. He may well be the fastest striker but those times are not right.

myoudale
i have been running since i was little. i have ran for many of clubs but i havent run properly like in a tournament for about 15months due to getting an injury. now when i have timed myself i average around 11:09 so i have slowed up a fair bit.
