Guest WillsbridgeRed Posted December 1, 2003 Share Posted December 1, 2003 I think Goodridge played up front once, switching there at half time Vs Northampton to expost the lack of pace in defence. Unfortuantly they brought on a different defender and the second half was lifeless. We still won. Murry was a right back when we signed him! I Doubt he would of picked up a medal, he definatley played 2 or 3 games, and he played in the FA Cup game on SKY against Bournemouth which we lost 3-1. But i dont think he would of picked a medal up. As for Goodridge? No Thanks. He looked like a teletubbie when he left us, lost alot of his pace and looked a different player, but on his day could wow a crowd and was a very exciting player. Adam Locke only ever played right back that season, Benny moved him into midfield the following season. Anyone remember Paul Tisdale? Now at Team Bath I think. Jason Roberts scored a great goal at Oldham and then walked out due to a dispute about playing for Grenada. Scott Paterson/Stuart Naylor/Sean Mccarthy/Dominic Barclay to name a few more.
