You just need to look at the amount paid per share, which is either £1 a share, or £0.0001 a share depending upon the transaction. I suspect that the £0.0001 per share are issued to the current holders to ensure that they retain control of the company at minimum cost. Nothing odd here. So basically take shares for most of thst as £1 per Share? It's not odd no, just couldn't quite work out how much equity etc. Birmingham fans though Idk, that's a major Segment Loss in the HK Accounts- they focus on a £5m Revenue Rise?? It's like they're a mild cult or trance. Translated to £ their pre Tax Loss could've been £27m based on the Segment yet...not even mentioned. Birmingham Revenue up £4-5m Birmingham general Cost Base up £11-12m. Obviously the Bellingham money helped the Profit on Disposal of Players to increase £11-12m. Impairment of Fixed Assets and around £6m, both a one-off and FFP excluded. Hence a possible Loss using that of £27m Pre Tax??
