If you're referring to the Bristol Rovers Bike, then I most certainly have not. These things take time.

You'd need a team of fluffers flown in from Porn Valley, several Viagra and 10 pints of Thatchers before even getting in to barge pole touching distance.

Although I'm sure when you get over the Blue and White quarters, she's a generous woman with a warm heart . ( who probably goes like a steam hammer )

Dont forget the paper bags, one her one for you in case hers falls off. Speaking for the OTIB community I would like to wish Rudolph the best of british luck when he goes in.

I'd need a grand piano strapped to my back in case I fell in.

Utterly ridiculous.

33 clubs outside the Prem had a better average away support than the Sags last season (include ourselves, as usual).

How the **** is that “famously good”? :laughcont:

Idiots.

Maybe their website increases price based on the number of views a particular flight has recorded....

I think they’ve got it spot on - apparently an EasyJet flight can take 189 people so that pretty much accommodates their away support...

How can the Bristol post not know how Easy jet works, you book early to get cheap tickets, the more tickets sold the higher the price of those remaining. They have nearly always operated this system.

Famously good in their own deluded minds and the deluded mind of the gas season ticket holding editor of that rag

I used to work with a guy who’d been a reporter at The Bristol Post in a previous role....he was from the Wirral and was a big Tranmere fan so had no axe to grind, he told me editorial meetings at The Bristol Post made it clear the rag was pro gas and he was once sent hundreds of miles to write a story covering the court appearance of ONE City fan who’d been arrested at an away game....

Beat me to it @Bristol Rob these sites will increase their prices when there is a lot of "clicks" etc on the flight searches

If the tickets don't get purchased the prices will drop again - nothing new here

Whenever you browse EasyJet/Ryan air etc, delete your browsing history/cookies before going back in to buy, then you will get the best available fare.

With the big away day just 10 days before Christmas the huge price of travel is likely to put off many fans.

Get your excuses in early!

They will all be queuing up at their world famous Santa’s grotto, won’t they..?

It's just the usual dribble spouted by the post, to the self appointed best fans in the world bullshit brigade.

The unbiassed evening post, once did a comparison between the two clubs support. They found that there was very little difference between the two overall attendances, claiming that Rovers support was really quite good compared to city's average. They were correct but, their comparison was an average attendance including home and away matches, especially when rather large attendances were recorded for Rovers away games over the Christmas and new year period, which resulted in there being a narrowing of averages. The home averages were rather more defined with from memory, 6k more average attendances at Ashton Gate, than at the old Eastville.

Oxymoron.

No, it's true. They dig up all the dirt they can on BRFC and splatter it over the front page and hide any negative stories eminating from AG. I know, the editor in chief assured me.

I just remember the 3000 "crowd" at their last game at the dogtrack.

The dick who started that thread suggests we have no real identity. I hear this quite often from them.

I don’t even know what they mean by it? They have changed the design of their ridiculous kit in the past and they’ve even ditched ‘da famous quarterz’ at one point.

* We play in red and white, that’s our colours irrespective of how it appears on the kit.

* We have played in our spiritual home for over a century.

* We have never left Bristol.

* Our anthem couldn’t be more West Country if we tried.

As a football club from Bristol I think it’s clear who we are and where we are from.

Meanwhile, over at the Gas:

* They have left Bristol in the past.

* They lost their spiritual home and had to steal someone else’s ground to return to Bristol.

* They relied on us to give them their nickname.

* They nicked their crappy American anthem (that has nothing to do with Bristol) from Plymouth Argyle.

But they have got a quirky kit...so that’s obviously the only thing that matters in creating identity. Idiots.

Whoever is making their kit these days it has looked really cheap and crappy for the last three years, I mean even by their standards obviously. Last seasons kit looked like it came from a sunday league pub team.

They`ve probably got some all in deal where the company that make their tents use the offcuts for the kit. Saves a few quid doing it that way.

I am half expecting next seasons sponsor to be duct taped onto the shirts to be honest, or maybe that Iron down stuff if they can afford it.
