Saw an Accrington post a while back, I think they made a profit of around £3 after all costs. From gate receipts , away team expenses and other stuff are taken out, then they split whats left. The forecast is for 5 degC by 2pm. Let's assume they don't have under pitch heating. Happy days. I was in the home end, 2nd game running as I was there for the derby game. I had to leave at 2-0 as I started laughing. The guy infront started crying and wailed “that’s it we’re down now” When the lads got back to the car, one grumbled “stop ******* smiling”. Newport game is off, I presume Cardiff have under pitch heating as they are an ex-Premiership club.
