Absolutely incredible that Barton should be suggesting that anyone (especially young people following him on twitter) should pay any attention to what that animal has to say.

A new low for him, and the club that seems to support him so strongly.

If that were Pearson suggesting that, I'd want him sacked

I am going to guess that with this and the recent signing they made, this is all a big ploy to see how far they can go before Her Game Too have a reaction.

Don't know about unlocking his mind, it's already unhinged.

As Marvin the Paranoid Android says to Arthur Dent in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy when Arthur discovers that Marvin can read his mind: "I'm amazed you can live in anything that small". ?

This is a professional football manager.... No wonder more & more R*vers fans are getting fed up with all the shit he's coming out with. Utter embarrassment.

Not wise to advertise that he wears a Rolex World Traveller GMT worth northwards of 50k, there are people out there who will happily relieve him of it as Amir Khan found out when losing his 70k watch at gun point. Most serious people buy those watches as an investment, not to flash it around.

.Also, a bit crass to boast about 20m and show the watch during a cost of living crisis.

Bloke is socially bereft and as thick as a pea souper.

It’s a modified GMT Master.

Its like buying a classic car and thinking “this work of art isn’t gaudy enough for me, I need to pimp this up” before taking it somewhere to be ruined at great expense.

Its pimped up by Artisan Geneve.

No retail price afaik.

Quite a few notches up from Wally's watch.

So.... apart from tell the time what else can it do?

I'm guessing shock resistant is a must!

Does anyone think he’s trying to get sacked?

Obviously he’s a massive narcissist but even by his standards this is weird behaviour.

In character for him to do the “I’m considerably richer than you” schtick but the Tucker Carlson, Andrew Tate business is properly sinister.

Knowing the circles Barton frequents I think this is the least of his worries…

Asking people to pay him on Twitter for exclusive insights into the football world too - will his club be happy about this? Bit of a conflict of interests if he reveals what is going on inside the tents?

”Tucker Carlson jetted off to Romania to join Andrew Tate for a sit-down chat at his home on the outskirts of Bucharest, where the influencer remains under house arrest. Last month, the 36-year-old king of toxic masculinity was charged with rape, human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to exploit women.”

Andrew Tate is a f****** p**** but what sort of publication uses this sort of language? ?

It certainly looks that way, a number of Rovers fans have said the same. Perhaps he realises he won’t be able to take rag ass rovers any further, but doesn’t want to quit and lose out on a pay off.

Has he bought that watch with a bezel that shows all the places he'll never visit on purpose? Not so much GMT, more ****.

I’m intrigued that the bezel contains City names such as Liverpool, New York, Auckland, Anchorage, Sydney, Moscow etc then Mexico! Has he been sold a knockoff?

Wallys IWC wasn’t particularly impressive for the 6th richest owner of any club on the Planet.

As for Joeys skeleton dial Rolex, probably cost a fortune but looks cheap. Why mess with a perfectly good GMT Master?

I really think he is too.

Said before, but he’s clearly only in management for himself, and Rovers are gonna be so over budget this year, he’s obviously getting bored knowing it’s not helping his career being with them, so probably wants to make them give it a good go and then jump ship next season when it doesn’t work

Because he couldn't afford an RM?

After Wael Al Qadi & Barton both show off their watches to show how nice (and rich) they are, they have just launched the Official Bristol Rovers Club Watch that epitomises the very essence of the team ...

Pay off? Isn't he still working for free then?

Dragging their name further through the mud, women beaters, sexist pigs, conspiracy theories, promoting his own ‘business’ whilst  ‘committed’ Gas manager, sending their wage bill sky high, signing players with 0 resale value, all whilst keeping Rovers in the bottom 3rd of the league, please don’t sack him!

Contracted until 2026 I was shocked to just find out! Looking forward to the winter where Rovers are in the bottom half, yet again, will their fans turn on JB and pressure the owner for JB's head?! How loyal will they be after yet another underwhelming season...

This man is making himself and club look stupid on twitter his remarks earlier this week

eferencing Andrew Tate and Tucker Carlson and now he’s on there boasting about his last 20 million and flashing some shit watch from a beach seller , really this owner weal needs to draw him in a bit , but I think everyone up the mem are frightened to death of the midget - a real let down to their club

WTAF!!! Not so much that he believes this crap, but someone thought that there was a good reason to even try this "experiment".

You know there have been many positive things happen during the latter part of my life because of the internet, but sometimes I think that they are more than cancelled out by the absolute "fruitcakery" that no one seems to be able to control.

There’s a meme doing the rounds on FB that goes something like…

”you know in the old days, we thought people said and did dumb things because they didn’t have access to good information?   Yeah, we’ll, it wasn’t that”.

I might read out the O’Neils thread to a glass of water and freeze it. By this logic it should look like the hate filled ooze from Ghost Busters 2.

Oh wait…this is literally the plot from the film.

It's known as the enlightenment fallacy, the belief that people will draw logical conclusions based on facts. To a greater or lesser extent people often don't if it conflicts with what they want to believe.
