Just got in late from washing the car

Could somebody answer a question for me

Just turned the match on

Im sure the Red shirts of Liverpool do not clash with the famous Blue and white quarters of the Gas

So why are they playing in Yellow?

Have i missed something?

Keith Brookman, is a thoroughly, thoroughly decent bloke.

What's the difference between a decent bloke, a thoroughly decent bloke and a thoroughly, thoroughly decent bloke?

Has anyone ever attained the highly-prized and elevated status of being a thoroughly, thoroughly, thoroughly decent bloke?

Merseyside Police have just confirmed there are 10,000 distraught Fewers locked outside Anfield singing Yvonne Fair's "It should have been me"

But on the positive side, sympathetic Norwich and Liverpool fans have sung back to them "You're everyone's other favourite team, and you know you are"

Is itv1 picture odd for anyone else? Looks like rovers are in a Norwich kit?

I think it's like that dress a couple of years back when people were asking if it was blue or gold.

Either way, they are getting a hammering now.

I bet Liverpool nightlife was full on last night! Just imagine - Liverpool and Everton fans, Norwich visitors, and all the Fewers who honoured their hotel bookings...😂

Barely a light on in Horfield last night I should think.

Mind you, that`s normal.

I see that little thug, the ex-Bristol Rovers manager is at it again;

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/joey-barton-eni-aluko-response-31899999?int_source=nba

Bloke has no filter.

He's building the "character" persona which the media tends to love, think of all the gushing praise for Holloway with his "getting a bird in a taxi" simile.

I expect that the "An evening with Joey Barton" tour is already in the planning.

It's a bit rough on the people into whom he is putting the boot but the press just loves controversy in what is a bland world these days where even saccharine Harry Styles is viewed as "edgy".

A sad little thug looking for relevance.

He'll always be remembered by the media as "former Bristol Rovers Manager Joey Barton".

Which is nice.

According to Pete O'Rourke only Bolton are in for Collins. Said that despite reports Charlton & Wrexham not interested. Wasn't he valued at over £5m by Barton.....

I have read that Charlton, Wrexham and Bolton are all interested and that both Charlton and Bolton have had bids rejected.

Now, ordinarily when a player is in demand, the price goes up as the selling club generate a bit of a bidding war. Why do I think that the Fewers will be the first club in the world to have a Dutch Auction for their player, where the club say 'right, we want a million... and then keep bringing the price down until someone blinks'.

Tin hat on here but Aluko “fled” the country owing to her “safety”? Come on. Really?

Slightly OTT.

Who knows what her mental state is ?

I'd also take "fled the country" as artistic licence by the media, more likely she went on holiday after being pissed off.

Indeed.

She 'fled' to the Ivory Coast to fulfil a longstanding commitment to provide pundit duties on AFCON.

She is of Nigerian descent.

After the collapse of the Fruit Market stadium, Rovers have announced exciting new plans for the Dried Fruit Arena.

They're just waiting for the developer to provide some dates for construction.

Yes, this is their currant new stadium plan.

Personally I don't give a fig where they go.

They're hoping for more investment from the sultana of Brunei.

Despite their deep jealousy of City there's no room for sour grapes in the currant climate. They need to give their fan raisins to be cheerful.

Looks like they're about to lose Collins to Bolton for £750k. A player Joey Barton valued at £5 million.

He has been rubbish for last 12 months though, clearly disgruntled since not getting a transfer away and who can blame him.

Explains where they got the £300k for the Grimsby player from though.

He'll get the international call up he craves when he moves away from the Fewers.

I would have thought 'Promotion chasing Bristol Rovers' would have been very active in the market today, to get those signings that would push them over the line and make up that small points gap from their current position and the play-off zone

They`re just waiting till 11:15 to send off the JCH paperwork.

May I suggest Ronnie O'Sullivan? - the points gap means they are needing snookers atm to rescue this "iconic" season.

Has JCH been confirmed yet.?

No but they have signed a Costa Rican midfield player on loan from Forest. How many loanees do they have now?  What's the limit in a match day squad?
