Massengo or Williams?

Williams to stay on the right for now with Massengo central alongside James.

That is ultimately what’s gonna happen, whether tomorrow or in the future.

I wouldn’t mind seeing this tomorrow if Massengo a bit touch and go:

Bentley

Tanner | Kalas | Atkinson | Dasilva

O’Dowda | Williams | James | Pring

Weimann | Martin

but generally I’m sure I’ll be happy with whatever eleven is picked.  There are gonna be a few chomping at the bit.

Some interesting battles tomorrow.

Atkinson / Kalas v Solanke - very good at getting shots away in tight situations.

Our 2 CMs versus Lerma and Billing

Weimann to really wind-up Ben Pearson

Martin peeling onto Kelly.  Bentley should not kick down Cahill’s throat.

I sense an entertaining game.

Only 10 players there mate.

What will O’Dowda contribute?

And a surprise win is long over due

I want to see Martin giving Kelly a tough afternoon physically. We might get some joy there, if we make best use of the limited possession I expect us to have.

Personally think they'll be much too good for us but we shall see.

Bit of natural width. Something you don’t really get with a CM stuck out there. You can’t expect a player to find form by not playing them. Give him a few games imo, let’s see what a fully fit COD can do this season before fully writing him off.

If he can gain the confidence to take players on instead of checking back all the time there's a very useful player in there

Against Fulham, Martin tried to drift onto Ream rather than Tosin.

Amazing how that central midfield has gone from a major weakness to strength in a matter of a couple of months.

Keeper sound, defence promising, centre midfield excellent - just the wings and forwards to sort and we could be a really decent side.

Both need protecting, both in great form. Glad i dont have to make the decisions.

Im guessing he will go for Williams to not rush Massengo back. Playing both together would be greedy i guess but would love to see it at some point.

Playing both with James is a must I would think. Whether he does that tomorrow is another matter but if NP wants high energy pressure on teams then HNM & JW are a must

Looks like we're playing a 433 today, so hope it's Massengo for King when he's back fit, with James as the outright offensive player.

Suspect it’s the same 442 with Williams playing the Brownhill RM role.

It’s a worry.

On the plus side, Baker and 90 minutes are not two concepts that often go together!

(And before someone posts stats of how many games he’s completed, it’s a joke…..well, kind of!)

Yeah true a fit Baker is a decent option.

But thinking Okies four injury issues for Forest game, which strikes me a big game to win and who is going to be fit .......a worry ?
