iamalagerdrinker Posted November 30, 2021 Share Posted November 30, 2021 I complained a few weeks ago to the clubs Twitter and they advised me to email bristolcitysupport@streaming.com Explained my issues which sounded similar to yours and never heard anything back from them, not even a email to say the problem had been fixed so I could carry on watching the game.
