Bloody hope they are right or else I'll be bored as hell all day!! ← You're right, it is only the match who can make the call, but most officials will have similar views on whether the pitch is playable. This way, if the first ref is a bit iffy over the state of the pitch, the official ref can make the journey up a bit earlier to check (and stop all you guys making an unnecessary journey ) Trust me, unless there's another heavy heavy downpour, it probably will be on Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
