Buckeyed
Being widely reported that Corberan is leaving Huddersfield. Seems odd with the new season only a few weeks ago.. can only assume he has something else lined up or there's been a falling out.

Supersonic Robin
If true, that's a big loss for Huddersfield. I really rate him
Red Army 75
One I think Huddersfield will regret. Maybe not matching his ambition. One of the best footballing sides I saw at Ashton Gate. Awful timing
chinapig
The best coach in the Championship imo. Surely Huddersfield wouldn't want him to go? Edited July 7, 2022 by chinapig

GrahamC
Strange one, their summer signings have been very much bargain basement ones but he’s used to that & has done a brilliant job. Can’t see an obvious vacancy here so maybe one in Spain?

Malago
No PP this season, which probably means a severe cut in the playing budget. They also have to repay £35m to the previous owner by August this year. Edited July 7, 2022 by Malago

They have made a number of cheap signings (2 yesterday), he’ll have known all this. Must have had a better offer.

A handy sum in anyone’s language.

True, but I didn’t look at their squad & think they spent all of it, they very much maximised what they had due to some very smart coaching. The Gasbuster
As others have said, it would appear he has something lined up, possibly abroad. He will have plenty of suitors if not. Really impressed by him and his team last season.

It was suggested in the papers when the rumours of his departure first surfaced earlier in the week that there was interest from a rival club ( by rival I took it to mean another Championship club)

tin
Can only echo what others have said about Coberan, and his was a name I suggested when LJ went. No mugs work under a coach like Bielsa, who Guardiola says taught him everything.
