TomThumb84
A behemoth of a performance. Nathan Jones is that irritating mind he could nause anyone off sufficiently to make them focussed enough to play like Jaap Stam.
Engvall’s Splinter
Atkinson was equally impressive. 9

Stuck to his task well I agree but thought Naismith & Atkinson outshone him. Some of Atkinson’s marauding runs were a delight. Bris Red
Naismith was absolutely quality tonight and proved that he made the right decision by leaving them. I see the Luton fans have piped down quite considerably from a month or so ago when he joined..! They were an absolute shambles tonight and i can see them doing a Barnsley and going down this season to be honest!
iamalagerdrinker
He wanted that tonight. What a performance!
JoeAman08
He is right up there for man of the match for me. Think it is easier to say Vyner or Atkinson as they get involved in attacks at time. But Naismith battled Adebayo all night and giving up some physical traits he dominated. All 3 were outstanding and I feel Atkinson is now pushing forward and comfortable with the level(outstanding at Wigan imo too). Vyner we saw what he is capable of when he can stay switched on for 90 minutes.

I’ve been a critic, but I’d genuinely want to see him continue to improve.
Gimme Shelton
First 20 mins I thought there was a mistake waiting to happen, then there seemed to be an argument with Bents and afterwards as others have said, quality.
BCFCGav
Maybe my MotM, and that’s saying something tonight.
RUSSEL85
Agreed. Vyner gets a fair bit of stick, certainly some of it justified but he along with Atkinson were solid.
SBB
Had his hands full with Adebayo and dealt with him extremely well. Cruyff turn on the touch line had me clenching but great performance.
Buckeyed
Highlight for me was when Scott lost the ball to give away a corner and Naismith screamed at him and gave him a clip round the back of the head. We've needed someone like him to organise the team.

AppyDAZE
I counted three first half tricks and flicks wasn't applauding them at the time though. I still remember Sunderland too well. Fair play tonight. I'm sure he's gonna be just fine. Atkinson Motm for me. (Oops, sorry, person of the match) I forgot that man is a bad word these days. Simon79
Played well tonight, but some of the things he did tonight on another night, don’t come off & people on here will be slaughtering him. Personally I’m happy with how he plays & accept that occasionally he’s going to come a cropper! COYR
