Spoke to my Sister in Adelaide yesterday and she said that the Australian TV crew were interviewing the gardener at Kensington Palace as we spoke.  FFS

I beleive he is 53,237,693 in the line of succession.

So the media will consider that to be a particularly valid interview.

Won't be long before they start interviewing the corgis.

Us football fans are obviously more respectful than theatre going thugs !!

The silence lasts all through he play at the theatre. At football you can sing and shout and swear as much as you want afterwards. That’s the difference.  ?

That's the trouble with blanket coverage of these events you end up with "People look at flowers" as a news item.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/uk-62842089

I remember being in the States not long after 9/11 and seeing a news item about the correct way to pronounce Al-Qaeda, seriously.

Crazy isn't it.  Ghoulish more like.

Completed pack 2 of Joe’s Lego Millennium Falcon (not the £750 one I hasten to add)…with Joe.  Basically I handed him the pieces.  There was a time when I got to do most of it, alas no more.

You and Joe might enjoy watching Lego Masters on the telly.

It's easy watching, the Australian version being my favourite.

It’s our Finals weekend at my bowls club so I’ll be heading off there. I’m not in any unfortunately, got knocked out in three semi finals……………..:disapointed2se:

So Mike is going for a Barclays Bank but Robbo can't do that, as he can only get as far as a semi.

Our gardening goddess came to help me trim an overgrown bush !!!  Champers time now though.

To be honest, I’m a bit disappointed with you actually, Tone.

If that had been our friend @Rudolf Hucker, he would have been recounting how he had spent the afternoon trimming the overgrown bush of his gardening goddess - and probably more!

L’amour est mort.

Spent most of the day at the bowls club and got invited to visit AG and watch the Bears v Bath, my die hard rugby fan buddy had a spare ticket.

Very tight game with Bristol Boy Ellis Genge scoring the first and last try! What a homecoming. Bears scoring 5 tries and winning by just two points.

I really enjoyed the match.

Was the PA better for the rugby?

Went to B&Q with er indoors ….looked at some plants ….

Be careful in there.

I was looking at some wood based outdoors patio solutions and some bloke asked me if I wanted 'decking'.

Thankfully, I was quick to react and put him out of the frame with a swift left, but the less able might struggle against the orange and black army.

Something that nobodies thought about - does the King like the Corgi's, or has he grown jealous and resentful because of all the attention that they got from the late Queen (RIP)?

Could they be homeless in the coming days? If so do you need to be corgi registered to own one?

These are the questions that the media should be asking!!

The Corgis have been succeeded by King Charles, who's incredibly cavalier, and some say has had a bit of a dog's life,

Just read a piece on the Corgis on BBC website  !

Includes a full family tree emanating from a Corgi called ‘Susan’ who the Queen had as a present on her 18th birthday !

She only has 2 Corgis at the time of her passing  , as she didn’t want to pass , leaving young dogs , and the two which were gifted by Andrew and his children who promised to look after them if anything happened to his mother

She also had a ‘Dorgi’ , one of several over the years , the initial having been created by an over amorous Dashaund belonging  to Princess Margaret , and one of the Royal Corgis ? tut tut

Ah, I get it now, and that would explain why some people refer to rugby players as egg chasers.

Thanks for your enlightenment.

You’re welcome Phil.

The simple explanation that’s already been given is that a rugby ball resembles an egg. Therefore rugby players despairingly as ‘egg chasers”
