I logged in at 1 min to 10 this morning and most of my block had already been sold including my seat. I thought that Season ticket holders had a window to secure their own seats.?

Same here

You need to go via the "Reserved Seats" route - your seat is showing as unavailable on the seat map precisely because it is reserved for you.

Please click here to view your reserved seat, Please note your seat is reserved until 10am on Friday, February 10th.

What you’ve probably done is click “buy tickets”. Click on the red text that states “click here” and that’ll take you to your ST seats

E-tickets only is a bit of a disaster waiting to happen imo

Really surprised the club have decided not to just load them to the season ticket. Fair enough not biggie, just a bit of a faff and a bit of an outdated system now

Never mind the facts and the clear instructions, this club is a farce and a joke.

I am outraged, and just because I was able to secure my normal seat inside of 30 seconds doesn't get anyone off the hook.

Sack the manager / the board / the owner / the tea lady.

It's the same for membership, used to be able to have it on the card but now it's e-ticket only. Not sure why they reverted to that? @JerrySLO?

+ Not the tree hugging green thing trumpeted loudly last week. Usual hypocrisy of modern life.

I know they recommend printing the ticket 'just in case' but you really don't have to. Scans off the phone at the turnstile just fine.

Done mine about 20 mins ago and no email yet, and not in my junk folder.  Hopefully it will arrive in time!

As mentioned above - does seem a bit of an uneccessary (non environmentally friendly) way of doing them for ST holders.

Glad you said that, every PaH ticket I've got the email almost arrives before you finish the transaction. I worried I'd done something wrong.

Arrived now

They are encouraging printing owing to issues inherent in that. Not my words, theirs. Take your chances then.

They say that just to cover their ass.

The scanners pick up the barcode perfectly from mobile phones.

The only thing I would suggest is to screenshot a copy of the ticket so you don’t get held up by the lack of signal at AG.

I imagine it's a lot easier to steward a sell out crowd where everyone has a physical ticket. There will be loads of people sitting in the wrong seat, not knowing where they are going and the likes.

Season ticket holders who purchase different seats and members (who's card won't have a seat printed on it at all) could cause problems at concourse steps if they are checking tickets there.

I know they had problems at a recent cup game but the league cup games against the manchester clubs were also PDF tickets if memory serves.... so fingers crossed it all goes smoothly!

Was all very straightforward and I've secured my ticket.

However, as only season ticket holders can purchase at the moment, would it not make sense for the big 'Buy Tickets ' button to link to the section to reserve your tickets, rather than to the general sales website? The link for season tickets can easily be missed, as shown by the OP.

I clicked the e-mail they sent through and that sent me straight through to the right area no messing about.

I too had no idea how to order our seats so I picked some others. I don't think it was clear on account that I couldn't figure out how to do it. ?‍♂️ Oh well, it'll be nice to have a different view.

Chat to the ticket office. Their always helpful.

Might take a while, I'm guessing!

Process seemed very easy until the system said there was a problem with my card payment. Except there isn't - my online banking says it's gone through! So now I've paid and have no ticket.

So, do I pay again and hope to sort out a refund later, or try the long wait getting on the phone?

You’ve got until Friday. Have a Monday morning cider, relax and call tomorrow when it’s calmed down

I decided to pay again and then chase a refund by email. At least it worked the second time, but I'm temporarily £41 down. Fortunately I can afford it.

I get that every time I buy a ticket, but within a second or 2 get the payment confirmation. Never needed to pay again, just assumed it’s a glitch they’ve never fixed.

I've had this before. The first payment will appear on your bank account as pending, but will disappear after a couple of days. You will not need to chase.

Anyone know the answer to this conundrum.

My boss bought myself and my daughter season tickets through the company account back in September for my 30 years service ,( he’s a very good boss!) but the tickets are in our names with different supporter IDs to the ones I’d already bought memberships on. Our tickets still show up on the company account but when he clicks on the link to buy it just goes to a blank page. He’s sent an email but I’m guessing it will probably have to be sorted over the phone on Wednesday unless anyone has any other ideas?

I’d phone them today.

For the Swansea game, I waited and waited for the ticket email, then realised that the ticket was attached to the confirmation email!

Shame you didn't phone them up and completely lose your shit with them..............then have the problem of "bugger, how do I style this out?".

Anyone else remember that long long thread on the Millwall forum a good few years ago. Started by a fan having the same problem of thinking his seat wasn’t available, but still hadn’t grasped it about 10 pages and a whole load of hilarious posts later.

Thanks, I thought the phone lines were only manned on Wednesday for priority 1 sales but will give it a go.

They have been very busy, but i got through eventually!

I personally think anyone who was subjected to the lincoln game should be priority 1 for tickets by way of an apology.

How did you do that, you can only buy 1 ticket can't you. Surely if it let you buy again the fist payment didn't go through?

It does say on the tickets to print, and not use your phone... also multiple tickets becomes a bit of a faff.

If you print the ticket you’ll still be scanning the same barcode as you would if scanning the image from your phone. I think delays come from people not being prepared upon arrival at the turnstile with their ticket ready to scan. To avoid delays, the best thing is to save the image to your phone’s camera roll so you’re not relying on the stadium WiFi or 4G/5G to download the attachment at the turnstile.

The first payment fails, but leaves a temporary payment on your account. You get no ticket. Reprocessing the transaction usually works and you get a ticket. The temporary payment disappears from your account in a few days. It's a pain if you have low funds in your account as it dilutes your balance for a few days.

Any advice?

I bought my ticket this morning, but my daughter's season ticket is under a different supporter I'd and when I go to the reserved ticket section in her account it is blank and not showing her ticket?

If I go to tickets, it shows her season ticket???

Lost, any help would be great
