Nice chap always chatting about city when he knew I was a fan. RIP

If he's a Bond and a City fan, I'm probably distantly related. RIP fellow Red. Rest easy.

Jacs
I used to have a season ticket a few rows behind him when home fans sat in the Atyeo. Very passionate about city and was always shouting “come on me babbers”. RIP Bob 1
cidered abroad
Another long standing acquaintance is finished. I knew him standing in the Covered End going back to the first seasons after relegation from First Division. After I moved to Frome, I used to see him on after match train to Bath. Thanks for the friendship, mate.

Robbored
Bob was always in the SC selling raffle tickets. He had a Mohican at one point and always wore Dr Martin boots . Nice guy with a very ‘trendy’ handshake. Hadn't seen him in several years - very sad to see that he’s passed. RiP Bob Bond.

Harry
Don’t think I ever spoke to him, but if this is ‘Bob The Badge’ then I’d have seen him probably a thousand times! A very imposing figure. RIP Bob

RedRock
Semi-familiar. Would have been near to him on the East End back in the day. Happy shared memories and sleep well lad. As an aside, the picture doesn’t look the same guy from my hazy recollection, but mention of badges and scarfs around the wrists. Was there not a chap called ‘flagship’ (maybe just by our group!) who frequented The Gate at that time and subsequent decades? NcnsBcfc
I'm sure City have actually used Rob's image in promotional literature and online in the past. Demonstrates the passion he had for the club

1960maaan
He used to drink around our way back in the 80s. He really did like a badge, I remember he had a scarf covered in them before his hat. Here's a screen shot from one of my videos, local derby 1998. He really was a character. RIP 1
