GrahamC
Asked by @77 punk who it was, can only think of Phil Jevons at Brighton back in the GJ promotion season. Can anyone think of a more recent one?
LondonBristolian
I've got a very vague feeling that Weimann has at some point but I can't think of the specific game that might have been so I could have invented it.

Port Said Red
I remember a game where Jim Brennan came on and we went from 2-3 down to win 5-3. I can remember he changed the game but not whether it was with goals or assists.

Northern Red
Fairly sure one of LJs patented half time double subs to try and rescue a game must have produced something like this at some point?

Bristol Oil Services
We were 2 down at Hull at half-time during LJ's wonder-3 months, and he made a bold, dynamic, vigorous triple substitution during the break. But the 3 goals were scored by 3 starters, Flinty, Bobby, Brownhill

marcofisher
I remember being 2-0 down to Palace about 10 years ago, Zaha doing a Ronaldo chop against McGivern on the halfway line, running the length of the pitch and smashing in at the front post. Brett Pitman came on and scored a brace to make it 2-2

Brennan came off the bench around the hour mark with the scores at 1-1 and bagged three assists before scoring the fifth in 5-2 win. Pretty sure that was his last game for us before he went to Forest. Byfield definitely came off the bench and bagged a brace in a 2-2 draw at home to Burnley in 07/08. Pitman did the same at home to Palace in 11/12, then Marv at Carlisle in 12/13. Edited October 5, 2023 by tin 2

22A
Early 70s losing 2-0 at Norwich. Only ten mins to go, so Alan D put on the sub (only 1 back then) and City came away with a draw.

Don't think that's likely as Meijer only scored twice in total for City. One of those I remember being early on in a home match (Brum?) when he somehow scored from what appeared from my spot in the EE to be an impossible angle near the corner flag between the Enclosure and the open End. So unless he came on as a sub. in the first few minutes in that game, scored immediately, and then scored again later in the game, I'm afraid it can't have happened.
