More gutted than any player leaving. Waited until we had absolutely no players available on the bench. Piss of Lansdown

Managers, like CEOs and players come and go but I shall miss quite badly and still do:

1) Pearson

2) Scott

3) Gould.

All of them were that bit better than the average.

My post possibly doesn't make a lot of sense but NP merited much much better.

Get out of our club you useless ******* *****, Lansdowns.

The fact they’ve said they expected promotion sums it all up. Sell the Crown Jewels, give 10% of the budget of the sales to reinvest, blood youngsters, turn a profit, get promoted. Absolute insanity.

Kalifa Cisse interim coach when he hasn’t coached for 2 years. That ******* sums it up as well

I actually thought Cisse left in the summer.

**** knows what he’s been doing of late.

Joke, small minded nobodies who couldn’t accept a constructive challenge.

Still it was nice to find out crayon boy was still alive.

This is embarrassing and will send shockwaves around the football world. No one with any sense will touch us with a bargepole. Nigel was well respected by most and people will remember how he has been treated by the club, not the fans.

Really sad day - did a good job in challenging circumstances, without really making real clear progress on the pitch….it was nice to have a proven manager and did such a good job yet at the same time I understand why they have moved on. A real class bloke though so thank you Nigel.

Although to play Devil's Advocate other fans of other clubs don't seem to especially rate NP. QPR fans said they wouldn't take him on Twitter just now.

Absolutely ******* stupid.

This is sucn bullshit.

Nige came in at a time when we were sinking both on the pitch and financially.

He dug the club out of a huge hole left by the CEO, a stubborn owner and his clueless son chairman.

We were heading in the right direction.

Bullshit, total and utter bullshit

Okay I'll try to rationalise the promotion comment. The decision is a disgrace let's clear that bit up.

Maybe NP had some positional or points target. Once that became impossible to achieve the position came under greater scrutiny.

Well, if that is true, does it mean the Lansdown have decided promotion is now impossible?  Rathe defeatist to say the least!

Well yes but that's not rational to begin with from SL though is it?

I can just hear that absolute slimy snake of a man delivering that quote, and it makes me want to vomit.

‘We all wanted Nigel to achieve our ambition to be promoted’.  What? With no support? Asset stripping his squad with no replacements?  Jon Lansdown is a gutless clueless delusional ****. Watch him and his equally ******* delusional narcissistic dad back their new  toy to the hilt in January so we dont get relegated.   *****.

This will be another few weeks of treading water while we wait for the next good human .

This ******* stinks, if they have someone lined up I'd be surprised , but if so it will be someone that panders to the owner. If they don't it's even worse.

Absolutely ******* pathetic.

Unless they wanted to unite the fan base, they seem to have done that.

“We all wanted Nigel to achieve our ambition to be promoted but, with our recent results, feel that now is the time to make a change to give the club the best possible chance of success.”

Funny way of showing that ambition isn't it - sell your best players without replacing them.

Who is getting promoted with our squad - even without the 11 injuries?

Felt like Nige had given us a team I wanted to go and watch - who would give there all - worked hard for each other. Sorting out the club culture. Very disappointed to see him go and think he has been very poorly treated
