They won't care, not costing them a penny!!

A protest won't make any difference either but might make me feel better!!!

Of course it is. No food, no booze.

What do you think the mark up is on that?

Less than 10k sends a proper message.

200 swearing and foaming at the mouth is just the fringe.

A half empty dolman stand on the other hand...

The only protest this owner will take any notice of is a boycott.

Stay away. If you really feel that strongly then walk. If you keep going then you're supporting this decision.

Awful idea. Whatever has happened these players need our support they have given as much as they can.

Would be as spineless as their behaviour.

They need to feel the anger and hear the fans calling for them to sell up. A few thousand empty seats or less money taken won’t convey that, it won’t catch the attention of the press and it will let these scumbags off the hook.

We’ve been far too apathetic for years, time to show them how we really feel. There has to be consequences for their actions.

I’ve come to realise that not going to games is the only way to express how angry I am with this decision.

This is the only language the board will understand. They do not engage with the fans, the SLO is ran off his feet just dealing with the issues with streaming services, so what alternative is there? SL even blocks people on Twitter.

This is the lowest I have ever been as a City fan, even the Holden appointment was like this.

Against the joke of a board and their decision to fire Pearson.

Show Pearson the backing he still had from the fans.

SL had let down Cotts and threw him under the bus and now the same for Pearson. While in between the two, allowed Johnson to run this club into the ground season after season.

Time to force his hand and move this club on to someone capable.

I am fuming absolutely livid with the Lansdowns. What a pair of ****ing cowards they are. It’s time folks to make feelings know in whatever (peaceful) way. Hit them in the pocket - don’t buy any food & drink in the ground or merch in the shop. Get the old bedsheets out and around the ground a la LJ. #GetoutLansclown #SellupLansdown

The only consequence that impacts them will be less money. SL is a money man, a deservedly successful one. Let him see the consequences in an Excel tab.

Not turning up to the next game means the team don’t get supported, they don’t deserve this.  Instead how about all fans stand and turn their backs on the game at a specific time whilst singing abuse to the owners?  Players still supported but a message to the lansdowns.

They already have the majority of the money - go to the game Sat and for once AG should let them know how you feel

Not going is not an option for me, I’ve already paid for my season ticket, so it doesn’t matter to the club if I go or not. Secondly, I support Bristol City, I don’t support SL, JL & co, there’ll be 11 men taking the field trying to get us 3 points, this farcical situation isn’t their fault and they need our support.

Completely disagree. The cowards will only run away if they see the anger that faces them. By all means drink elsewhere but they’ve already the season ticket holder’s money.

Time to make them sell up.

I agree. Let's not be typical sleepy Bristol City about this and let them know exactly how we feel. Are we seriously just going to let them get away with this?

Exactly. Empty seats does send a message but it just doesn’t happen. 200 out of 22,000 isn’t even noticeable. Jack s&&t will change until he sells

Why don't you just **** off?

Can we not have different opinions without telling people to **** off? I think it is clear the majority of fans think this is a mistake, but there will always be people who disagree, which is okay isn't it?

For the record, I own my own business and I would not appreciate one of my staff (no matter how popular or good they are) questioning the way I run my business and I suspect this is what the Lansdowns really have problems with.

I personally think that the club is in a much healthier position because of Nige and wish him all the very best

This feels different tbh. Let's see but the vast support for NP and widespread bewilderment and disgust at the decision makes me wonder.

If you own a business you dont want staff like sheep. You want staff who question how the business is run but with positive contributions and thoughts not "boss f. off" or "you don't know what your doing".

I’m going, as I’ve bought the ticket already (if I hadn’t I wouldn’t of gone). But I’m not eating or drinking at the ground.

Plenty of anti Lansdown chants please. Could section 82 do a banner?

They'll be plenty of chants I am sure, as for banners will be up to Section 82 and @James.

They already have the money through season tickets mate . Go to the ground and voice loudly for them to sell up and most importantly don’t spend any money in the ground or club shop .

I have supported this club for over 50 years, season ticket for over 40 years. Never have I felt so let down by the owners. I’m caught between going on Saturday & protesting or not going.
I appreciate I have paid my money but don’t want to go and feel that shows I’m accepting their decision? Caught between a rock and a very hard place 😡

I think as a protest we should still go into the stadium. But stay in the con course till 3.10 then all enter the stands

I used to live in Madrid and was an avid fan of Rayo Vallecano while there; their fans are not shy about having a protest. When the Spanish tv started influencing the match schedule to ridiculous levels they weren’t having it. Five minutes after kick off in a subsequent fixture there was a mass exodus till half time with a banner unfurled on the terrace. A walk out sends a strong signal.

Maybe we should wait until we see who the replacement is. Back up staff gone too, maybe something incoming.

We don't need to wait, we had the ideal set up in place

I might protest, inadvertently.

have a season ticket but have been to just 2 games this season and haven’t missed the rest.

just fallen out of love with football in general really. It’s little more than pantomime peppered with relentless cheating, compared to other sports.
