REDOXO
Just because daddy is majority shareholder doesn’t mean you have to be in charge Jon. It’s time for dad to get a chairman in that can run a football club and you to go back to your yacht. Brian you are good at what you are good at. Spotting talent. BCFC101
This needs more noise, I’m so tired of the Lansdowns ownership at this point, the priorities are all wrong at this football club. For as long as they are in charge we are going nowhere, if anything their delusion is going to take us backwards again. They’ve had two attempts at getting us to the Premier League and failed both times, there’s absolutely no signs that that’s going to change because they don’t learn.

Bris Red
I have come to the conclusion the Lansdown's don't actually want the best in class individuals to run the football club. This is the setup Steve truly wants. A young inexperienced headcoach that he and the regime can manipulate, the boy of course as the chairman, and Tinnion a man who has shown over the years he will run over hot coals for the Lansdown regime and will grass, back stab and do whatever it takes to keep in their good books as 'techincal director'. As others have said they all and in particular Steve deserve everything they get. I don't want to see the club relegated but honestly that is what they all deserve. Harry
Don’t just stop at Jon & Brian. Is our recruitment set up ‘best in class’? Nope. Is Jon the best chairman a championship club could appoint? Nope. Is Tinnion the best DoF a championship club could appoint? Nope. Is Gilhespy the best head of recruitment a championship club could employ? Nope. Is Kalifa Cisse the best coach a championship club could appoint? Nope - he was scouting in France until recently! Is Pat Mountain the best coach a championship club could employ? Nope - had anyone even heard of him before he arrived here? Is Gavin Marshall the best CEO a championship club could employ? Nope. He was a finance manager at computershare before arriving here! Is Downsy the best person to employ as stadium announcer? Nope. Has Steve ever appointed the best available manager? Nope. Yes, I’m at the point where Manning has to go. But that won’t solve any problems at this club. 9 1
spudski
Sadly they've been proven clueless or on some points not telling the truth. Ones got a job from his dad to run a football club...but then sets up a design company, which is obviously his interest. BT...well it's been covered to death on here...gone from being respected, to now not trusted, questionable, and only in it for himself. The guy thinks he's better than he is... delusional. This club has gone from on the up under NP to spiralling out of control, rudderless under these two. Both too cock sure to admit it. How sick are we all of the same old mistakes over and over again. We must be a laughing stock by other clubs...respected for giving managers ' time' and a decent academy. But we sack the managers who tell these clowns what's what. And give time to the arse kickers. **** em.

Pat Mountain was at both Wolves & Hull before us & there must be a good reason both Pearson & then Manning have kept him on. Only person at the club who has ever been employed in his current role by another Championship team. Not arguing about any of the rest though, a collection of mediocrities.
