GrahamC
Anyone recall? Have a feeling Kalas might have, but struggling. Obviously I’m after someone like Jason Knight today, who was with us at the time, not had played for us at some point in their career. Bar BS3
I think it was Kalas. I can also remember past examples of Sebok & Tommy Doherty.

Bristol Oil Services
Kalas scored an og that day, didn't he? Think Jase should avoid that
Northern Red
Kalas definitely did, I don't think there's been one since, until today.
GrahamC
Looked it up, Kalas was actually on loan to us from Chelsea when he played against England. I think therefore it was Tommy Doc (2005), Nagy had left us by the time he faced England, Sebok was back in 1999 & Weimann has never played against England.

Kalas played in the game at Wembley in Euro 2021. He was a City player at the time. 5

I was at that game, it was at Old Trafford and England beat N Ireland 4-0. Tommy absolutely clattered Beckham in the first half, how he didn't get booked I'll never know!

Clearly still a City player at heart in some ways, as was in the Lansdown again for the Millwall game t’other week! 1
ralphindevon
I was at Wembley when Kalas played, had a bit of a nightmare as they got thrashed and he put past his own keeper Former player Adan Nagy has played against us in recent times Edited September 7 by ralphindevon
frenchred
Let's be fair if England are playing any team consisting if Bristol city players they should batter them The gulf is absolutely huge! 2

Yes, he's the correct answer to "Who was the last Bristol City player* to score a goal for England at Wembley?" *including loan players for the pedants

I think he is ruled out until around October but Portsmouth’s medical team are looking after him until he is fit. My guess - backed up by nothing whatsoever - is the most likely scenario is he’ll train with Portsmouth for a bit to regain fitness and then try to find a club in January.
