Guest city slicker 71
It was a very great pleasure to see and talk to many of the old players on Saturday full marks to the club for staging this. I would loved to have seen a few more of the 80s and 90s stalwarts although I know other engagements etc would have accounted for it. Glyn Riley, Biff Newman, those at the very beginning of the climb back, Howard Pritchard crawford neville and Hutchinson all played there part, maybe in the future we could have the priviledge of seeing representatives from those years. Hardly old ledgends never-the-less played their part in which to be remembered. Regards

Guest city slicker 71
I believe it was Alan Williams old centre half who later went to Oldham, and Gary 1980/4 who played for us about 100 appearances, then there was brian all good servants. cider head
VERY GOOD POINT i for one thought the 80's and 90's could have been better represented names like glyn riley, rob newman, bobby hutchingson, paul stevens, steve neville, alan walsh, howard pritchard to name but a few could have come??? but no complaints about the past players that were there all 100% gents one thing though did gerry gow turn up? i didn't see him??... gary and alan both started at city and both went to oldham talk about following your fathers footsteps... Guest redrobin108
Talk about the eighties, one of the most under rated players was steve Gallaries, a good tough tacking midfielder.
