PhatWill
Lost on Ljubcic in the tennis, Agassi & Hrbaty have won though, so just waiting for Roddick to complete the treble AND 3 doubles! +2.5 goals Pompey V Chelsea tonight. The city is buzzing at the moment, going to a pub near Fratton Park to watch the game. I think the match tonight will be a cracker. Considering Man U/Rangers/Celtic treble. bristolcityup
I agree gambling is a highly addictive industry and leaves thousends of people in debt every year, A few years ago I started off with betting £2.00 a ay, it then turned into £100 on footie matches but ive now curbed my problem now by just betting £30.00 a week and nothing else., I know how people like Paul Merson feel, once u start its VERY difficult to stop. Guest Pinamonte
Good evening zider head. Do you have any football teams to back or, failing that, any football teams to lay? Or failing that, any good arbs?
Guest zider_head
arbs are quite a rare occurance but i found quite a few on I'm a celebrity get me out of here, they can be hard work to find for little profit mind you, but better than you willg et in most banks, i look out for them on various forums. i have a few good things in mind will share all latter prehaps ? CTID 7
what are arbs?
Guest zider_head
ok i will try to explain below :- say on bet 365 you can bet on Jade to win this reality tv thing but you can lay (backed her not to win = opposite of first bet at smaller odds) you have a arb which means you win whatever happens ok one small tip for tomorrow on the football is BRAZIL and the reason is below :- Squad: Cafu (Milan), Belletti (Villareal), Juninho Paulista (Middelesbrough), Ronaldinho (Barcelona), Kaká (Milan), Juninho Pernambucano (Lyon), Lúcio (Bayer Leverkusen), Juan (Bayer Leverkusen), Kleberson (Manchester United), Júlio Baptista (Sevilla), Ronaldo (Real Madrid), Adriano (Internazionale), Luís Fabiano (São Paulo), Marcos (Palmeiras), Dida (Milan), Roque Júnior (Siena), Edmilson (Lyon), Gilberto Silva (Arsernal), Emerson (Roma), Roberto Carlos (Real Madrid), Júnior (Siena), Zé Roberto (Bayern Munchen). plus ireland will be without duff so only oshea and robbie keane are qiality players i feel, hence it should be a stroll in the park for the samba boys i will take some of brazil @ 1.89 plus over 2.5 goals @ 1.71 probabley have £25 on each

Guest zider_head
thought so after looking at it again Hmm, yeah that's really funny Tarquin. still think they could fail by 12 points come season end but not at that price now
Admin Ian M Posted February 16, 2004 Admin Share Posted February 16, 2004 just going to check i got that handicap bit right seems to good to be true not sure if they give 12 or get 12 points now ? It's either "add just the team's handicap to their finishing total" or "add ALL the teams' hanidcap to their finishing total". If it was just the individual handicap I'd have thought we'd have been shorter than 21.0 so it must be apply the handicap to everyone. This gives a current table of: Plymouth 60 72 Port Vale 48 72 Swindon 51 70 Hartlepool 43 67 Wrexham 47 64 Luton 46 63 CITY 58 62 Barnsley 47 62 Bormuf 43 62 ColU 38 62 Brentford 34 60 QPR 58 58 Blackpool 39 58 Chesterfield 34 58 Rushden 39 53 Oldham 36 53 Posh 29 53 Brighton 46 51 Stockport 28 50 Wycombe 23 47 Grimsby 33 45 Tranmere 37 44 NottsCnty 25 44 Shef Wed 39

Admin Ian M Posted February 16, 2004 Admin Share Posted February 16, 2004 lost me totally there mate nice graph by the way how you going to fit 15 on there ? I think you have to add the handicap to each team...... The bold figures are once the handicap has been applied, the non-bold figure is their actual points tally. Doing it this way makes the odds make sense.
Guest zider_head
tonights bet are :- Bristol City to win = £40 @ 1.94 (Betfair) Lee Peacock to score the first goal = £4 @ 5/1 (Bet365) Danny Coles to score at anytime = £1 @ 9/1 (Bet365)
Private Cider(cider army)
Bristol City to win = £40 @ 1.94 (Betfair) City offer no value whatsoever and would not be worth touching at such a low price Lee Peacock to score the first goal = £4 @ 5/1 (Bet365) This is a much better bet
