The team that day (from my Bristol Babe): J Shaw, P Stevens, G Williams, F Phillipson-Masters, B Halliday, K Stroud, H Pritchard, T Ritchie, G Riley, M Hirst (T Cooper), A Crawford. My first hero Glynn Riley scored (from about 25 yards if my memory is correct) in a 1-1 draw, and I've been hooked ever since. Two decades of mostly decent football, very few mid-table finishes, three promotions, two relegations, three Mickey Mouse Cup Finals, a League Cup Semi-Final, FA Cup wins over Chelsea and Liverpool, Jacki - it's been fun (mainly)! The day after my tenth anniversary we won at Anfield so a matching win at mighty Hartlepool today would only be right! COME ON YOU REDS!!!!!!
