compostcorner Posted January 25, 2004 Share Posted January 25, 2004 we must restrict the number of away fans coming to ashton gate, when the east end has 3000 away fans in it it makes an incredible noise, it must be like a home game for the away side. we have the home advantage so lets use it, with reduced admission to the east end we only need a 1000 people in the east end to make the gate roar again, but we need the directors help, please dont throw away home advantage for away supporters money. gater2 Posted January 25, 2004 Share Posted January 25, 2004 The best option would be to put away supporters in the Ateyo then they'd have to put up with rubbish acoustics, like at Swindon there's not even a roof on the away end so any noise just goes into the air. But of course everyone would complain that the Ateyo has the best facilities in it. But I for one couldnt care less if it meant our noise could be heard more than 20 metres away.
