Discipline is the only way forward now, especially as it seems to have gone out of the window since Tinnion was put in charge. We need someone like Allen, or another ex-player combo i have thought of Sergent Major Owers and Drill Sergent Taylor. They have the steel edge that the current management team need, and just don't have. Too soft is the only phrase to use about Tinnion, Walsh, Miilen etc... maybe along with phrases such as "clueless", "hopeless" and "tactically unaware"...!
