Which he isn't.Several people on this forum have questioned whether Elstob is actually an employee, and between us all we have a rather wide knowledge of all things BCFC. You seem to be the only person who knows of Elstob, and there certainly doesn't seem to be any mention of him being involved in the first team, or any reference to him at all on the website.Can you find any proof that he is an employee of BCFC? If you can, I will gladly hold my hands up and apologise.If not, then I fail to see the point of this thread... As you say, it will be hard to do as he is not shown on the website. I would say that this fact alone is reasonably conclusive proof that he is not in fact an employee of BCFC, especially one with a key role in the Academy, that would give him enough responsibility to be assisting the first team manager on match days as you suggest in your initial post.As I said above, any proof will do....
