Big Red Rich
Steve Phillips getting injured. I reckon i could do a better job then Stowell. I think we really need adequate cover for Steve to complete the team.

Robbored
The lack of goalkeeping cover is a worry but in all the speculation around various players linked to City this season none have been 'keepers. That suggests that Wilson is happy that Stowell can provide adequate cover for Phillips. The real probem will be if they both get injured at the same time. Then what? Robbored
Goalkeeping is very a specialist position which can't be filed by utility players. If City were hit badly by injuries in midfield they have Marvin Brown, Bell,Burnell,Woodman or even Carey to step in. Some of the reserve players could step up in needed but theres no-one to provide goalkeeping cover if Phillips and Stowell are out.

RedTop
Only one problem? I don't want to pee on your chips, but there are still many more potential difficulties than that which could come between us and Division One. Yes, the team are playing well and winning games. It does all seem to be coming together and we must all enjoy the good times because, by Christ, we've earned the right to do that with all we've endured over the years. As RichieB will confirm, I am a founder member of the official forum Happy Clappy Society, don't forget. But I have to admit talk like "only one problem" and "We'll be playing Leeds in the league next year" makes me wince. Why? Because the biggest danger is complacency. Just look at what Holloway is saying over at QPR. And how many times have we been where we are today and ended up disappointed? We ain't won nothing yet, and I hope Danny reminds the players of that every Saturday before they take the field.
x3widRacin
scott brown isn't eligible for first team matches, If i recall he is only on trial till the end of the season?
Big Red Rich
Surely if you have a player on trial you can sign them up to a contract so they are elegible for first team games? I see inadequate goalkeeping cover as probably the only problem we currently cant sort quickly. Complacency is a problem but can be sorted. Sit all the players down and make them watch both legs of the Cardiff playoff final on video and remind them what it feels like not to gain promotion. That should make them snap out of it quite swiftly! And for all the Scots in our team, they can watch the 6-1 drubbing that Holland dished out to them!! Taz
scott brown isn't eligible for first team matches, If i recall he is only on trial till the end of the season? I actually thought that he was given a contract until the end of the season. Although I don't think that he is listed on the squad listing on the main site, so you could be right.
