22A Posted February 9, 2004 Share Posted February 9, 2004 One of the yellow "Football Car Park" ddirectional signs has gone missing today, so here's a route. Enter PB on the A1139 Fletton Parkway. Leave at junc 3 signed City Centre and Yaxley. Get in the LEFT hand lane for City (appropriately). Only 100 yards on this road is another junc signed O Malborne, O Longueville and Woodston Industry. Get into the RIGHT hand lane and follow the signs for Woodston Industry. You should now be in Morley Way and the yellow signs are still there. Left into Shrewsbury Avenue and right onto Oundle Road. About a mile towards town is the Cherry Tree with a pay car park, (some money back if you buy a pint). Shortly after this, turn sharp left after passing beneath the railway for a pay & display car park. £3-£5.00 depending on length of stay. Turn right onto London Road and the ground is on your left along with another pay & display car park. Opposite the ground is a yellow painted pub The Peacock and a KFC. Alternately, the Posh Suporter's Club <Ebeneezer's> will admit visiting fans on the day and have already invited Jer Boon in.
