Guest Harry May
Under the Pulis era , we played boring , sterile negative football . The fans were n't happy . I can remember being at Griffin Park when we lost to Brentford , and the fans singing " Pulis for Portsmouth". He left shortly afterwards. Now I 've been to most league games this season , and I think it's fair to say we are playing no better than when Pulis was in charge. We look very ordinary , and to put it bluntly , we are boring and predictable. Now while I have heard abuse shouted at individual players , the team getting boo'ed off and mutterings of discontent . I have not heard that much critism directed at the management. Why is DW getting such an easy ride ?

Taz
Don't know. Only reason I can think of is that most supporters think that it would fall on deaf ears, especially as he's part way through his first year of a three year contract. Something will give sooner or later, I just hope that it's not at the expense of the supporters. Todays attendance was just over 9000 (not sure of the exact number). That's low even for a league game. Is there a reason why the attendance was down today other than some supporters being fed up?
Simez
I was at that game at Brentford when we sang `Pulis for Portsmouth`, I spent most of the game watching planes coming into land at Heathrow that`s how entertaining the game was. Was it a boxing day fixture? because you know who we`ve got this boxing? Brentford!
Guest Harry May
Simez Yepp , it was a Boxing day fixture. Terrible game . I think Beadle scored in the last min to make it 2-1 to them. I remember an incident with GG taking a throw in , and a Brentford fan knocked the ball from his hands. City fans went crazy , and a couple of City fans managed to get in their stand . If I remember rightly he got escorted out of the ground for his own safety. Then Pulis left for Pompey , and we had the 3 wise men. I would be quite happy to have just 1 wise man in charge right now...........

A Horse With No Name
The reason the crowd was so low today was mainly due to the fact that we had 3 home games in 7 days, and anybody who couldnt afford all three would understandably have missed today.
