Guest exiledred
An excellent run finally comes to an end. Lads played their hearts out today. Pressman was a big factor. We'll be back on track on tuesday.
Taz
I'll second that. If it wasn't for Pressman, Tommy would have scored what sounded like a hell of a goal. Bring on Tuesday
Guest exiledred
indeed sounds like he was the difference for wednesday. not sure whether miller 'goal' was a foul but sounded like he was unlucky to have it disallowed
Admin Chris Posted February 28, 2004 Admin Share Posted February 28, 2004 I'll third that. You just knew that a last minute goal was going to hurt us at some point. I'd rather it was Wednesday than say Plymouth or QPR. Anyway on to Tuesday and we must get behind the team and be patient. What they don't need now is for us to get on their backs if they're not 2-0 by halftime. As has already been stated, it sounded like Pressman had a blinder today. That combined with the ref, it just wasn't our day.
Guest exiledred
Just a blip, pressure of the record is now off, we'll be back to winning ways on tuesday. As long as we are in top 2 in may i'll be happy!!!
