Bristol Boy
01/02 84 Points 02/03 86 Points We've got 11 games left or 33 points to play for so, unless we/someone wins them all (98) and I can't see that, the total for second place should be around that number again (86). Can we manage 21 (64%) from 33 or will we need more?? My gut feeling is that the second placed team will need 88/89 points and the Champions 91/93. Bristol Boy
Can I just add that if we win all of our home games and two away games, that should be OK for second place.

greenun
I'm going for 87 points for second place. That requires 22 points from a possible 33. Or in plain English, 7 wins and a draw. Who agrees with me?
CiderJar
Six wins and a draw left then. Who will we lose to?
elko
So does that mean we can lose (god forbid) to QPR and Plymouth, and still have a good chance of going up bu winning almost all the other games?
old spot
We'll only win eight or nine of them so prepare for a couple of dissapointing results! bucksred
To go up City MUST beat, at least one and draw one of the pack around us: Plymuff, QPR, and Swinedead, and at least three of Luton, Tranmere, Oldham, Brighton, and Blackpool. Anything else wont be good enough

CiderJar
Six wins and a draw left then. Who will we lose to? Oldham apparently. I didn't expect that. It must mean we will beat QPR and Plymouth. Surely?
