richieb
Football is a fantastic game. Peterborough 6, Wrexham 1. Wrexham go to Loftus Road on Tuesday - Posh off to Home Park. Which of these would you bet on getting a result? Wrexham's confidence must have taken a hiding, whereas Posh are on a run. Could find us having to play catch up again on Weds or does this season hold even more unexpected twists & turns. Still believe that it will be our year - but through the play-offs
cheshire_red
Not a good time for Andy Dibble to break his arm / knee (not sure which), 0-0 after 15 minutes when he did!
Robbored
Both Plymouth and QPR will almost certainly win.I doubt whether Posh will be able to hold Argyle as they did QPR a couple of weeks back. City down to third come Tuesday night.
Bristol Boy
Both Plymouth and QPR will almost certainly win.I doubt whether Posh will be able to hold Argyle as they did QPR a couple of weeks back. City down to third come Tuesday night. Agree with that, although, Wrexham have still not drawn away, having won 8 and lost 9! Can't see Posh doing Plymouth at Home Park. Wed: Swindon v Grimsby, who don't travel well. Next Saturday it's City v Oldham.......Home win Wycombe v QPR....Away Win Luton v Plymouth...Draw Come next Saturday evening, I'll be amazed if we're still second. cider head
we will sadly be knocked off 2nd spot come 10pm tuesday night by 1 point, i can't see wrexham winning now let's forget the championship plymouth are up it will be a 3 horse race for 2nd spot with us q.p.r and swindon, yes we have to get behined the lads but being honest our run in does not look good and on paper we will find it tough scoring goals against a few of them, going by our trip at sheffield who had a very weakened side, we struggled to beat wycombe and ended up with a draw, ruddy stock port was a joke and a 1 goal win over rushden when we should have scored more qpr are coming good that was a good win at hartlepool, oh it is getting nail biting, but as i've said that run in is nasty oldham h tranmere a portvale a q.p.r h swindon a plymouth h luton a brighton h barnsley a blackpool h
bucksred
City v Oldham.......Home win Wycombe v QPR....Away Win. Luton v Plymouth...Draw Come next Saturday evening, I'll be amazed if we're still second. City v Oldham.......Home win- Home win Wycombe v QPR....Away Win. Not not nesscarily so, QPR's record gainst Wycombe aint a lot different to ours. And the Wycombe boys see it as a derby of sorts, so...given Hollowheads ability to blow things (Ahem!)........ Luton v Plymouth...Draw Draw it is! Come next Saturday evening, I'll be amazed if we're still second. I'd be bloody stunned. I fear for our chances, we need to score lots of goals, we really do!
