It would be nice to know what kind of raise can Finnish (hopefully Toni Lehtinen gets another chance) player have if he gets a contract with Bristol City. In Finnish premier league the average salary is only about £1000 per month and maybe a player like Lehtinen have have something like £2000 per month.
